What is the VASCERN Summer School?
The VASCERN Summer School is an educational program designed for medical students, residents, and postdoctoral researchers who want to advance their knowledge of rare vascular diseases like Marfan syndrome, Vascular Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, Vascular Anomalies, Primary Lymphedema, CADASIL, and more.
Participants will engage in both online and in-person learning, with hands-on experience and practical insights into the latest research, genetics, and patient care methods.
Program Structure:
- Online Module (February 3 – May 30, 2025):
Participants will complete comprehensive online courses in areas such as genetics, research methodologies, and the latest advancements in the treatment of rare vascular diseases. - Onsite Module in Paris (September 15-20, 2025):
The onsite module will take place in Paris, where participants will attend expert-led workshops, network with professionals, and gain hands-on experience in the field of rare vascular diseases.
