Well-being and quality of life are increasingly recognised as critical issues for healthcare professionals across Europe. This webinar highlights the importance of supporting clinicians not only in their clinical roles, but also in their professional development, teamwork, and long-term resilience.
Expert interview and discussion
The webinar will feature an interview with Isabelle Streng, Chartered Clinical Psychologist at Erasmus Medical Centre in the Netherlands. Alongside her clinical work with children and families, she supports medical specialists through structured conversations on performance, career development, and professional identity.
These discussions take place as part of five-year review cycles, including 360-degree feedback and Personal Development Plans. Drawing from this experience, the webinar will translate evidence-based psychological practice into practical reflections relevant for healthcare professionals working in complex and demanding environments.
